		<description>I&#039;ve heard it said that churches expect people to &quot;believe before they can belong&quot;, and we need to make sure that people feel they can belong (in the feeling welcomed sense) before they believe.  I remember my mother instructing me to stay away from the non-believer kids in youth group &quot;until they become Christians&quot;, and I never agreed with her thinking on this.</description>

		<description>True. We are asking people to leave their culture, participate in our sub-culture, and then after a while, they can catch on to what our central message is all about. After sorting through our stuff, they can meet the One that gives hope and meaning. Well said Ernest.</description>
